Step-by-Step Setup
Navigate to DSAR Form Settings
Go to DSAR → Form Settings in your dashboard.
Create or Edit Form
Click "Create New Form" or edit the default form.

Configure Form Fields

Add Branding
Upload your logo and customize colors to match your brand.
Set Up Confirmation Messages
Configure the message users see after submitting a request.
Save and Deploy
Save your form and get the embed code or hosted URL.
